About Us
Silver Tech Agencies Ltd is a locally established manufacturing facility, founded in 2015, with its production facility located in Kariobangi Light Industries in Kariobangi North. Silver Tech diversified its operations by piloting ethanol clean cook stoves and fuel gel in November 2023 and has since distributed 200 cook stoves and approximately 1200 liters of fuel gel of which a higher percentage was given as a free gift for piloting.
The fuel gel product has been manufactured using raw materials sourced from Diarim Enterprises Limited, albeit at a high cost. Currently, we have contracted 16 individuals for the production of cook stoves, fuel gel, and sales, with 10 of them being female. While our production capacity stands at 300 cook stoves and 3000 litres of fuel gel per day, we are hindered by the high prices of raw materials and limited sales.
We anticipate an increase in sales starting March 2024, as we have secured an agreement to distribute more cook stoves to regions where traditional stoves are still prevalent, through the GIZ EnDev program in Kenya. Consequently, we project a need for 400,000 litres of technical alcohol and over 2000 cook stoves annually to meet the demands of our clients.
